Dodged a MAJOR bullet when the Titans hung 26 on the Steelers and that blocked punt had to have counted against our opponent as well :D :D :D

Up by 88 on our 0-5 opponent last time I checked :D I won't start celebrating yet though since this ridiculous new scoring rule for QBs means he's actually not out of it since Rivers could get 60-plus points by himself Monday night. But we've still got Foster and Daniels and maybe one other guy I think so barring an absolutely absurd turn of events we should at least hold him off. I do hate relying on the Broncos' D for a second straight game though :( The Stafford comeback win over Philly helped us immensely. We WILL be starting Ahmad Bradshaw ASAP though, I'm sick of leaving his production on the bench. How was I supposed to know he'd get a buck 16 against the mighty 49ers??? :feelinglost: :-o

That 50 points would probably be in the high 80s or 90s in our league

I'm guessing that 88 point lead is only about 60 points now :( :( :(

GO BRONCOS D GO!!!

Well we beat the 0-5 guy and now we face the 1-5 guy, whose team composition makes absolutely no sense. For all I know it might be a chick because whoever did this team's draft had no idea what he/she was doing. So losing this week would be an even bigger humiliation than if we'd lost to the winless person.

The dilemna we have is, since we've pretty much got the whole Texans offense except for Andre Johnson, do we actually start Foster *and* Tate against the Ray Lewis-less Ravens along with Schaub and Daniels? This seems like the sort of game where Tate could vulture a TD or two. OR...do we stick with AJ Green against the Steelers in our flex spot?

Right now we're inclined to go with Foster and Bradshaw, only Bradshaw has this sudden and mysterious foot injury that I just know is going to force us to wait until just before the game to see if he even plays

All I know is I am quietly moving up the rankings in our league. Having won 4 in a row. I am tied for 1st place now.. When I was in last week 2. Though I technically sit in 3rd because of the points scored system. But, that is only a margin of 16 points. And my QB already had his BYE along with 1 of my RB's LAST week and I still pulled out the victory with Andy Dalton as my backup. If I can win this weekend (Play a 2-4 Caleb). I expect that 4 way tie at the top to come down to 2. Hoping in 2 weeks to have sole possession of 1st place. It's my year boys. 2 years ago finished 3rd. Last year finished 2nd. This year.. I won't lose if if I make the championship.

Yeah, I just picked up Tate and am trying to figure out whether to play him or not. Both my starting backs have byes. I'm putting Felix Jones as one starter and trying to figure out who my second will be...Daryl Richardson, Andre Brown or Tate. No great options, but I'm leaning towards Brown if he's ready to play, since Bradshaw is banged up...we'll see...
