Ireland Responsibility
A- Ireland was a puppet for the first 3 years and is only responsible for 2010 and after. 45%  45%  [ 9 ]
B- Ireland is responsible for all of the 5 years that he has been here. 25%  25%  [ 5 ]
C- Who cares just fire him. 30%  30%  [ 6 ]
D- Who cares he is doing a good job. 0%  0%  [ 0 ]

Interestingly, in 2011 Ireland received a "multi-year extension" at the same time that Sparano did. I can't find any hard quotes on the term of his current contract, but it looks like it is at least through 2013.

I see him getting an extension if Miami make the playoffs this year. If they don't he going to have to write a "reason I should stay GM" letter.
