Rest assured. Most of you probably won't like it. Change scares a lot of you.
I love change if the change is meaningful, and positive. As another poster mentioned, our logo is iconic. The Raiders, Cowboys, Steelers, Packers, Giants, Browns, and Colts, never felt the need to change. Branding is important. An identity is important. Even with the last decade of ineptness, people like the current logo. Yes, some question that a Dolphin isn't intimidating, but even with a logo change a Dolphin still wont be regardless of how they design it.
There is something to be said for tradition, and staying the course. To me, I think Ross just wants his own personal stamp on the team. Much like the whole fight song dilemma.
With that said, I would not be opposed to a little freshening of the logo, but it should remain as it is from a design standpoint. The uniforms that were posted in this thread earlier look fantastic, and I certainly would not be opposed to those.
That's just my 2c. I fully expect a complete redesign.
