Ross is great at saying nothing. He should never be allowed to talk to the media - just a complete waste of time.

This organization needs leadership right now, and it's evident that Ross can't provide it.

The only thing that makes this whole situation comical is the Jet's are going through the exact same crap.

Actually JMP he said exactly what he was suppose to say. He is a business man and not a football intelligent person. Ross knows business and when the media want to ask him some questions he says about as much as he know and that it. can't say more than what a person knows about something.

He contradicted himself a couple of times and did nothing but blow hot air. But you're right: you can't talk about it if you don't know it.

Every time I hear Ross talk, I feel a little less confident about the Dolphins organization.

Plus why would Ross reveal the strategy? All he has to do is throw out some gibberish and go home. Armando wanted a story angle not an answer when he asked Ross for details. If Ross had given him an intelligible answer in front of a room full of other reporters Armando would have shit his pants. The game is get credit for asking the question in public then write about how disappointed you are. If Ross or others call you later and give some crumbs you pretend a "source" has given you "secret" exclusive info.

Armando said it best when they has what are the Fin's plans to succeed

Quote:
But in this seemingly easy exercise, Ross struggled.

His plan for 2013?

“Win,” he said.

Firstly, that is a goal. That is not a plan.

Secondly, as I followed up with Ross, wasn’t winning part of the equation last year? Or the past four seasons he has been the owner?

All I got out of it was that Ross wants to keep Ireland indefinitely because he thinks continuity is good even if the team keeps losing and he got rid of Sparano just last year, and that the previous four years shouldn't count because he was only learning how to be an owner and now he knows what he's doing. Or something :thinkinghard: And that he's willing to spend any amount to improve the team, but doesn't want them to delve into free agency :feelinglost:

Further proof that billionaires are really no smarter than anyone else and only got to be billionaires because they're so greedy and amoral they're willing to do things even the average person in today's decadent, dystopic society won't.
