Promotions:
Zac Taylor to QB coach (previously assistant QB Coach). Sherman was OC and QB coach last year.
Ben Johnson to assistant QB coach (previously offensive assistant).
Charlie Bullen to assistant defensive line coach (previously defensive assistant).

New hire:
Marwan Maalouf has been hired as the assistant ST coach (was Colts ST coach last year). Replaces Dave Fipp who became Eagles ST coach. Interesting that Maalouf followed Pagano from Baltimore and is accepting a demotion to come to Miami after only one year in Indy.

Darren Rizzi needs more credit. He's done a good job with out ST since taking over. We have been ranked in the top 5 ST's overall the past 2 year. (I'm sure Brandon Fields has a bit to do with that too)
