The initial benching I understand....but for the whole game?

Maybe Bush is more hurt than we know.

My guess is that Reggie is hurt more than we think, like you mentioned there JL, or that Philbin is phasing him out of the offense because he knows he's going to push for him to be gone next season, i.e. Philbin is making a push to oust nearly all of Ireland's picks/pickups to facilitate Ireland's vacating of the premises so that the coach can get a personnel guy in there that meets HIS criteria, and not the other way around.

We shall see what happens. I think Reggie is nicked up, no matter what he's been saying publicly. He has a good YPC average, but he's running tentatively into the line.
